I decided to start a blog about my Disney College Program! I'm not sure what I'll use it for; I may give the link to family and friends to follow while I'm gone, or I may just do it for myself. I'm not sure yet. Right now, I'm just trying to fill the time. There's still 121 days until my scheduled check-in date of August 11th.
I'm still trying to figure out Blogger; there's some design issues I'm trying to fix. But for now, I guess I can introduce myself. My name is Hannah and I'm 18 years old. I'll turn 19 on August 16th (yay for birthday in Disney)! I'm a college freshman from Michigan and I'm undecided when it comes to a major. I can be quite shy and I'm hoping the program will help me overcome that. I'm also hoping that the program will help me decide on a career path for my future and that I'll make lifelong friends while I'm there.
I applied for the DCP the minute applications dropped on February 6th, 2014; I got the WBI (web-based interview) about three hours later while I was in a class, filled it out (and passed) when I got out; I had my phone interview on February 13th; I got accepted for QSFB on February 26th in the first wave of acceptances.
